Alicia and Nick

OKay, I LOVE small elopement style weddings! Alicia and Nick are the sweetest couple. They had planned on eloping but decided to invite a few of their closest friends and family to come celebrate with them.

It was so beautiful. They got married at sunset in a gazebo on a lake in Chesterfield Park. Once everyone had arrived they asked Nick and guest to turn around so they couldn’t see Alicia walk down the path until she got to the bridge to the gazebo. When they turned on music, everyone turned and looked at the gorgeous bride and her two bridesmaids walking down the bridge isle.

Nick was calm, but you could see the excitement and love in his eyes as he saw his bride for the first time. They held hands and were taught the importance of marriage. I loved their ceremony and the words from their pastor. As a married couple put your own needs second to that of your spouses. Because as you both are taking care of eachother, you will grow together and thrives much more than you could on your own. I definitely agree with this.

My favorite moment was when they all stopped to sing amazing grace together. They had a simple soundtrack playing in the background. No one was a professional singer or very loud, or anything..but it was beautiful. To see a group of people recognizing their Savior on Nick and Alicia’s very special day. I cried...maybe because I’m pregnant...maybe not...lol

They sealed the deal with a kiss and everyone headed off to Annie Guns for a YUMMY dinner! Nick and Alicia snuck off for a little bit to have a romantic first dance in a little garden (in the parking lot lolll). But you guys it was so sweet!!!

Nick pulled out his phone and turned on their song, and they danced with no one watching. Just the two of them, a newly married couple.

Hope you dance all your nights away Nick and Alicia! Love you guys!
